1. Definitions

This is an agreement between Marilingo and the student.

In these terms and conditions the following words shall have the associated meanings:

"Us, our, " means Marilingo, a company registered in Spain.

"You, Your" means an individual who has booked a lesson, or lessons with us.

2. Fees, Payments

2.1 The fees are stated on our website - price list https://marilingo.com/price-list

2.2 All lessons are paid in advance via Paypal, or bank transfer.

2.3 Two weeks before your current lesson package ends you will receive a notification from us with an invoice for a new lesson package should you wish to continue your lessons.

3. Rescheduling lessons, No - show

3.1 Lessons can be rescheduled, subject to availability, or cancelled 24 hours in advance, should you cancel within 24 hours the full price of the lesson applies.

3.2 If you have not rescheduled, or cancelled your lesson in advance (3.1), and you are not coming to your planned lesson the full price of the lesson applies.
