WHAT TYPE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect certain personal information about visitors and users of our site and when enrolling to one of our courses. The most common types of information we collect are: name and email addresses.

Collecting data via contact forms
When visitors use our contact form for bookings, questions and information on the site, we collect your name, e-mail address, device used to contact us and language used in the message, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Collecting data via enrolment forms
When you enroll for one of our courses we collect your first name, surname and e-mail address. If you enroll your child/children we request the date of birth of your child/children.
Collecting data upon purchase
When you book a lesson with us you choose to pay by the third-party payment provider, Paypal, or via bank transfer. We collect the information needed to process your invoice. We do not store any transactional details on our servers.

We may collect personal information directly when you provide it to us, automatically as you navigate through our website, or through other people when you use services associated with the site.

If you continue to use our services/sites after deletion we will still need to store information such as your registration details of the software, IP address, the version of the software and operating system. This is needed to ensure that the software is used in accordance with the software license agreement.
